Area of Operation: PAN-India (with potential expansion within India and abroad as needed).
Foundation & Funds: The Board of Trustees holds ₹1,00,000 (Rupees One Lakh) as initial corpus along with all future funds and properties received as gifts, grants, subscriptions, or otherwise. Trust funds vest jointly in the Trustees.
Purpose: The objectives are wholly public and charitable. Incomes are applied/accumulated in India strictly for public charitable purposes. If any object is ever deemed non-charitable under Section 2(15) or applicable law, it will not be pursued.
Camps, clinics, preventive care, epidemic response, senior support, traditional therapies (Yoga, Ayurveda, etc.).
Schools (formal & non-formal), vocational training, research, scholarships, adult literacy, cultural upliftment.

The Board of Trustees governs the Trust to ensure transparency, accountability, and mission alignment.

Financial Year: April 1 to March 31.
Audit: Annual audit by a Chartered Accountant appointed by the Board/General Body.
Reserve: 10% of net income kept as reserve for emergencies.
Investments: As authorized by the Indian Trusts Act & Income-tax Act, 1961.
8.1 Manage properties, assets, funds; frame regulations; alter/rescind as needed. 8.2 Accept contributions, grants, subscriptions (cash/kind) from any lawful source (incl. foreign/national agencies) for Trust objectives. 8.3 Appoint a Managing Trustee when necessary. 8.4 Review affairs of the Trust as necessary. 8.5 Appoint officers/staff; prescribe conditions of service. 8.6 Open & operate banking accounts. 8.7 Raise loans with/without security; & financial help. 8.8 Receive honorarium/salary for services as decided by Board and approved by Secretary. 8.9 Authorize persons to sign/execute documents on behalf of the Trust. 8.10 Grant receipts for aid received. 8.11 Grant Special Power of Attorney for legal/other proceedings. 8.12 Acquire land/buildings on lease or purchase. 8.13 Compromise/compound/refer to arbitration disputes related to Trust properties. 8.14 Sell/rent/lease/hire Trust property for certain period(s) on terms deemed fit. 8.15 Open any type of bank account; operate by authorized signatories; Secretary signature is mandatory with any two of President/Secretary/Treasurer. 8.16 Financial year 1 Apr–31 Mar; annual audit by CA/firm; auditor fees are legitimate Trust expenses. 8.17 Give guarantees including bank guarantees; Trustees not personally liable. 8.18 Gift/lease/transfer immovable/movable properties of the Trust. 8.19 Appoint legal professionals; file/defend suits; delegate powers to officers/employees/trustees as required. 8.20 Appoint new members of Board; discharge members unfit/convicted/unsound mind/bankrupt, etc., by majority resolution. 8.21 Appoint Secretary/Manager/Executive Director/Directors/staff on terms; remove as needed. 8.22 Keep 10% reserve of income for emergencies; utilize remaining income for Trust purposes. 8.23 Invest funds in government securities, savings certificates, FDs, or other authorized investments. 8.24 On closure/dissolution, transfer all funds to another recognized public charitable trust with similar objectives. 8.25 Decisions by majority in meetings/by circulation; Chair has casting vote. 8.26 Fill vacancies due to death/resignation/incapacity by appointing new Trustee. 8.27 Matters not provided for may be resolved by special majority (two-thirds).

All incomes and properties are solely used to promote the Trust’s aims. No dividends/bonuses/profits are paid to members; no personal claim accrues to any member.
8.28 Establish/aid educational, vocational, research centres; dispensaries; health & child welfare centres; promote preventive health & sanitation, especially in rural/poverty-stricken areas. 8.29 Promote general/vocational/non-formal/physical/cultural education for coordinated advancement and economic development; promote equality in the Trust. 8.30 Act as liaison among voluntary institutions, government, national/international supporting agencies; serve as a knowledge hub. 8.31 Rural development via village industries, small scale/cottage industries, khadi, small factories and ancillaries. 8.32 Organize conferences, seminars, training camps for public awareness on social/economic change and environment/ecology. 8.33 Fund and maintain libraries/reading rooms; establish boarding/hostels or assist such facilities. 8.34 Publish books/magazines; maintain printing presses; support khadi & small scale industries. 8.35 Undertake acts that uplift social, educational, cultural, and economic conditions of the masses. 8.36 Raise funds via loans, subscriptions; approach banks, government, national/foreign institutions; KVI state & KVI Board. 8.37 Accept (cash/kind); collect dividends/interest/rents/income for furthering objectives. 8.38 Pay all costs incidental to management, administration, and execution of Trust activities. 8.39 Purchase/hire/lease movable/immovable properties in the name of the Trust. 8.40 Raise/borrow monies on mortgage/pledge as the Executive Committee deems fit. 8.41 Take over management of other public/charitable institutions/projects/branches on suitable terms. 8.42 Ensure activities funded by Trust align with stated objects without discrimination; earmarked used only for specified purpose. 8.43 Open accounts in nationalized banks to achieve aims. 8.44 Establish branches and undertake activities in different areas of the state. 8.45 Use savings to strengthen and achieve objectives. 8.46 Partner with local/State/Union Governments on schemes for child/women/village development for the poorest. 8.47 Support for persons with disabilities incl. artificial limbs. 8.48 Open old-age homes, orphanages, short-stay/observation homes with essential amenities. 8.49 Provide suggestions/medication/treatment for unconventional diseases (e.g., TB, HIV/AIDS, Leprosy). 8.50 Awareness to end social evils: dowry, child marriage, addiction, gambling, child/bonded labour, trafficking. 8.51 Legal support to victims of natural calamities (flood, earthquake, fire, epidemics) and children in conflict with law. 8.52 Rehabilitate destitute women & children. 8.53 Health awareness programmes incl. trainings, workshops, seminars, meetings on diseases. 8.54 Establish/aid professional & non-professional institutions, schools, colleges. 8.55 Promote institutions for art & culture; No membership fee. Signatories of the Memorandum are members of the General Body. Other like-minded activists may be adopted by approval of two-thirds of the existing General Body.
Office Bearers: 5-year term; may be re-elected.
Executive Committee & General Body: 3-year term; may be re-elected. EC consists of 5 members including office bearers.
Meetings: General Body meets at least once a year; Executive Committee meets twice a year.
Meeting Agenda: Progress review, audited accounts, and other business in agenda.
General Body: Comprises signatories; may elect additional office bearers and define their rights/duties.
Executive Committee: Executes activities set forth in the Memorandum; nominates President, Vice-President, and Secretary.
Quorum: Two-thirds (2/3) of total membership for GB and EC. If an adjourned meeting (after a week) is held with the same agenda, quorum not required.
Earmarked funds are used strictly for their specified purposes.
Bankers & Accounts: Accounts (savings/current) may be opened in any Nationalized Bank/Post Office.
Operation: Jointly by any two among President, Secretary, Treasurer — Secretary’s signature is essential.
Audit: Accounts audited by a Chartered Accountant appointed by the General Body.
FY: April 1 to March 31.
By-laws: Governing Body may frame by-laws for budgets, expenditure, contracts, investments.
Amendment: By two-third majority in GB; proposed amendments must be on the agenda and circulated at least 21 days prior.
Secretary: Person to sue or be sued on behalf of the Trust; must intimate the Registrar, Medininagar, within a month of new office-bearer elections.
Dissolution: By at least three-fourths of the General Body. After liabilities, any remaining property is transferred to another public charitable trust with similar objectives — not distributed among members.
Decision-making: Majority rules; Chair has casting vote.
